PURCHASING
We make every effort to ensure that the colours of the artworks on this website are accurate. However, due to the nature of computer operating systems, monitor displays and lighting conditions, some degree of variation may be unavoidable.
Whilst every effort is made to keep the website fully up to date, it is possible that, due to their ‘one-off’ nature, works of art may at times be unavailable in which case you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and, if payment has been made, a refund offered in the event that no suitable alternative should be available.
All Artworks remain the property of the gallery or artist until full payment has been received.
DELIVERY
Goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity (usually between 1 and 4 days). Please advise us by email of any express or specific date requirements.
You will be responsible for paying the delivery charge unless free delivery has been offered at the point of purchase.
We pride ourselves in the great care taken in packing to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition. If any item should be found to have been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and provide details and imagery.
Overseas customers please note that you will be liable for any import duties or other taxes that may be levied in the destination country. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact your regional Customs Office.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you should wish to return an item, please notify us by email and / or telephone within 7 days of receipt.
Goods to be returned must be sent back to the gallery within 14 days of receipt and you will be responsible for ensuring the item is received back at the gallery in the same condition as at the point of sale and to cover the cost of return.
Refunds will not include the outgoing delivery charge and in cases where free delivery was offered, the cost of that delivery will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued by way of the original payment method and will be processed as soon as possible and never later than a maximum of 30 days from the date the item is received back in good condition.
Goods that have been tailored to client’s specification (e.g. commissions, customised framing) are not eligible for refund.
Goods that are purchased at the gallery, art fairs, or by any means other than online are not eligible for refund although we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or credit note.
